A place to lay down the day-to-day pressures of running and building a flower business. For 8 weeks, you'll be surrounded by encouraging peers as you relax into the transparency facilitated and modeled by our team: Amy McGee along with Natalie & Meg from Native Poppy (Circle Retail) and Rachel & Lauren from Sweet Root Village (Circle Weddings).
“How will I ever scale my wedding florals business?”
“My mind is all over the place. Am I the only one?”
“I need answers, but I'm overwhelmed by all the options and opinions.”
“I want to learn, but I don’t have time to take a course, read a book, or attend a conference. I just need to talk it out!”
“I'm worried I won't be a good parent while running my business.”
“As much as I want to do something for myself, I just can’t take on one more thing.”
"How am I supposed to solve the problem I'm having today while I'm in the thick of it without an extra hour to look for the answer?"
"How can I slow down and still impact the world with my flowers?"
"I don't have anyone to ask and I'm too shy to approach a designer I don't know."

Amy McGee has a broad range of experience in the floral industry. She entered the industry when she began growing and selling cut flowers. Her love of floral design blossomed and eventually led her to open Bliss Flower Studio where she focused primarily on weddings and events. In 2009, she started the Botanical Brouhaha blog which opened the door for future endeavors including the BB Podcast, Bloom Trust Co., BTCO Circle, and a youth internship program.
Amy believes deeply in using flowers to create change, heal hearts, and create opportunities for young people. She calls it Flowering with Purpose.
