Bloom Trust Co. Circle is...

A place to lay down the day-to-day pressures of running, building, or anticipating a flower business. For 8 weeks, you'll be surrounded by encouraging peers as you relax into the transparency facilitated and modeled by our team - Amy McGee, Natalie Gill, and Meg Blancato. Bring your challenges, dreams, and questions. We'll tackle them one-by-one.

BTCO Circle may be right for you

IF YOU'VE EVER SAID...

BTCO Circle is right for you

IF YOU'VE EVER SAID...

“I want to create a modern flower shop.”

“My mind is all over the place. Am I the only one?”

“I need answers, but I'm overwhelmed by all the options and opinions.”

“I want to learn, but I don’t have time to take a course, read a book, or attend a conference. I just need to talk it out!”

“I'm worried I won't be a good parent while running my business.”

“As much as I want to do something for myself, I just can’t take on one more thing.”

"How am I supposed to solve the problem I'm having today while I'm in the thick of it without an extra hour to look for the answer?"

"How can I slow down and still impact the world with my flowers?"

"I don't have anyone to ask / I'm too shy to ask."

California-born and raised, Natalie is Native Poppy’s leader of all things floral design. She launched her intrepid flower business in 2015, to bring beauty to life’s important moments, and to make others happy.

Natalie’s goal as a business owner is to create art that is authentic, ambitious, and true to her artistic point of view, and to become more balanced in how she lives day to day, taking time away from work to appreciate friendships, and kick back with her husband Steven, daughter, and their puppy, Cheddar. She hopes to encourage her team to step into their creative potential and share their talents with the world.
